Imagine you are the head of the state.  You are the territorial monopolist of a geographical landmass that has been arbitrarily declared by detached predecessors - an all-encompassing boundary uniting the properties of your friends, relatives and "fellow citizens".

While wealth is universally accepted as the control or ownership of valuable resources, the resources themselves have varying subjective values to the individual owner. Simply put, there is virtually no way to measure the wealth of more than one person – and even then it's tricky.

It's not often a man claims to speak on behalf of the whole planet and it actually be the case. That's exactly what I'm about to do. Or more acurately, what I have been doing – almost every day. And so have you!
